Nice! It's probably been imported for show & tell... if a car doesn't get licensed, it's a lot easier to bring them here, although it's still a chore.

Except it's a rally car, so it has to be licensed, since they're driven on actual roads with traffic during rallies.

Oh, Hmm, no idea then. I assumed by the lack of a front license plate that it was a track-only car. I'd love to know how he swung that arrangement.

I don't think Maine requires front plates, either that or most of the Maine rally guys ignore that law, because pretty much all of them run without a front plate. Here's a shot of the Cossie with its rear plate.
